Søren has been in shipping since 2006 starting his career with Maersk Broker and have since then worked in various position in Europe and Singapore. Having worked both as a shipbroker, and as a Managing Director for an offshore company, Søren has a good all round knowledge including large scale installation projects, operational, technical and commercial management.
Søren worked as a consultant on both M&A, financial projects and set up SWN Capital Partners Ltd in 2018 and GreenPacific Invest in 2020.
Mee Wennman
Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Technology Officer
Mee has an extensive experience in marketing and product development both agency and client side. She has created multinational marketing campaigns for a wide range of industries and clients such as Autotrader, Ladbrokes, Dell, Apple, Dubai Properties, VMWare, Becks, Vodafone etc.
Mee has deep knowledge in rolling out multi national/lingual websites across several
brands at the time and shaping technical infrastructures in order to create maximum efficiency in the product development process. Holding roles as senior positions such as Head of Search, Head of Marketing and Product Director within Thomas Cook Group and eDreams Odigeo makes her seasoned in ensuring strategic creation, alignment as well as implementation of both marketing and development activities.
Dimitri G. Vassilacos

Dimitri is a senior shipping financier who has credit-assessed, business-developed and managed USD multibillion-large corporate loans’ portfolios over a period of 20 years (1996-2015), for Citibank (where he was Managing Director & Head of Greek Shipping), and National Bank of Greece (as the Managing Director of NBG London, the head of NBG’s shipping finance division, and an advisor to the bank’s CEO).
He then went on to co-found Ship Finance Solutions, a financial consulting firm specialising in shipping, that has successfully advised in over USD1bn of transactions.
Dimitri is an alum of the National Technical University of Athens(MSc in Mechanical Engineering), HEC Paris (MBA), and The Fletcher School (MALD).
Jason Dallas
Head of Risk & Operations
Jason has more than 20 years of experience in shipping finance. He has worked for Piraeus Bank for most of that period, reaching all the way-up to the position of Head of Shipping, having managed a portfolio of up to USD4bn.
Before starting his banking career, Jason became involved in shipping in 1996 as a trainee chartering ship-broker in London, following which he was involved in the finance and claims departments of a small ship-management business in Greece. Jason co-founded Ship Finance Solutions, a boutique ship finance advisory firm which has since successfully sourced capital or advised on deals totalling more than USD1bn.
He holds a BSc in Industrial Design from Brunel University, London, UK and an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School, City University London, UK.
